Er wordt dit weekeinde een nieuwe stap gezet in de splitsing van ABN AMRO. Zaterdag 6 februari wordt de vennootschap ABN AMRO Bank NV formeel gesplitst in twee aparte vennootschappen: The Royal Bank of Scotland NV en ABN AMRO Bank NV.
