De AFM waarschuwt voor grote risico’s bij Initial Coin Offerings (ICO’s), ofwel beursgangen in cryptocurrencies. Deze uitgifte van digitale tokens om vooral start-ups te financieren is volgens de toezichthouder momenteel kwetsbaar voor misleiding, oplichting en manipulatie.
